Course Description The first cohort seminar emphasizes an introduction to the theme. Surveys, terminology, important constructs, history of the issues, ethics and practices are common subjects in the first cohort seminar. Faculty mentors will require the completion of course learning exercises and projects, which are both relevant to the topic, but which also advance the participant’s ministry research project. Key Developmental Task: Clarifying key features of the research prospectus for the transformative ministry project with the conversational guidance of faculty mentor and collegial peers.
