Caps and Gowns

Caps and gowns will be distributed at the Asbury Seminary Bookstore beginning Monday, May 5, 2014. The bookstore hours are 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday. If you indicated on your graduation application that you will be attending the ceremony, rental academic attire is required and was ordered for you based on the information supplied on your graduation application. The academic attire rental fee will be payable to the bookstore upon pick up of the rental regalia or the fee may be placed on student accounts at the time of pick up. The cap, gown, and hood rental is $69.95 plus tax for all graduates. The bookstore will be open on Graduation Day, 9am-5:30pm and closed during the ceremony. Following graduation, please return caps, gowns, and hoods to the Seminary bookstore before 5:30pm. To ensure proper record keeping, be certain your name is checked off the returned list before leaving. A $20 daily fee will be charged to your student account until the regalia is returned. If there are any questions, please contact the bookstore at 859.858.4242 or ats.bookstore@asburyseminary.edu.

Grades

Grades will be posted as soon as they are submitted and may be accessed through oneATS. Grades will not be released over the phone or by fax. Official transcripts can be requested by logging into oneATS and going to AIS > Student (or Alumni) > Order Official Transcript. Transcripts can also be requested in person at the Office of the Registrar on the Kentucky Campus or at the Student Services office on the Florida Dunnam Campus. Official transcripts may be requested in advance and held until degree is posted.

Photographs

Individual professional photographs will be taken of graduates while shaking hands with the president and receiving diploma covers. Proofs will be available on the photographer’s website. Further instructions will be given at rehearsal.

Seminary graduates will automatically be transitioned to the Alumni version of oneATS and retain their Seminary email addresses.
