Located at the top of the Grandstand, ON 5 is an elegant space in which to enjoy the finest festive food and exceptional service. Christmas novelties are included, while evening bookers can also enjoy live entertainment.

TRAVEL TO ASCOT

Located within beautiful wooded Berkshire countryside near Windsor Great Park, Ascot Racecourse is easily reached by both car and train from London and the home counties. Accessible from many major road networks, it boasts close proximity to the M3, M4 and M25 motorways, as well as the A332 and A329.

Parking

Ascot is pleased to offer ample free parking for minibuses, coaches and up to 6,000 cars, with Christmas party parking located directly opposite the entrance to the racecourse.

Taxis and Drop Offs

A dedicated taxi rank and private vehicle drop-off zone within 100m of the entrance are provided for the convenience of guests.

By Rail

For those arriving by train (27 minutes from Reading, 52 minutes from London Waterloo), the racecourse is just a ten-minute uphill walk (or two-minute taxi ride) from Ascot station. For train times, visit nationalrail.co.uk.

Taxis, coaches and shuttle buses may also be arranged to transport guests between the racecourse and other hotels/points. Please ask our Christmas team for further information on transport and accommodation.
