The red carpet is being rolled out as Ascot invites you to celebrate this festive season at one of our Winter in Hollywood themed shared Christmas party nights.

A twist on the traditional office celebration or a chance to bring friends together as the Pavilion Suite is transformed into the ultimate Christmas party venue. Enjoy fabulous food, attentive service and lively entertainment with an invitation anyone would be thrilled to receive.

With its soaring 27-metre high atrium, this is the perfect place at which to party on a grand scale and embrace your very own private nightclub vibe.

Lively, fun and informal, the atrium is a perfect space where very large groups may mingle freely, enjoy a tasty street food buffet and ample drinks outlets, and hit the dancefloor for a mighty mix of party anthems courtesy of our popular DJ.

TRAVEL TO ASCOT

Located within beautiful wooded Berkshire countryside near Windsor Great Park, Ascot Racecourse is easily reached by both car and train from London and the home counties. Accessible from many major road networks, it boasts close proximity to the M3, M4 and M25 motorways, as well as the A332 and A329.

Parking

Ascot is pleased to offer ample free parking for minibuses, coaches and up to 6,000 cars, with Christmas party parking located directly opposite the entrance to the racecourse.

Taxis and Drop Offs

A dedicated taxi rank and private vehicle drop-off zone within 100m of the entrance are provided for the convenience of guests.

By Rail

For those arriving by train (27 minutes from Reading, 52 minutes from London Waterloo), the racecourse is just a ten-minute uphill walk (or two-minute taxi ride) from Ascot station. For train times, visit nationalrail.co.uk.

Taxis, coaches and shuttle buses may also be arranged to transport guests between the racecourse and other hotels/points. Please ask our Christmas team for further information on transport and accommodation.
