CALL FOR SPEAKERS
The 2025 Adhesive & Sealant Sustainability Summit will deliver premium education and networking to a diverse set of professionals across technical, business, and sustainability roles over the two-day program. As our industry seeks clarity to the complexity of current sustainability metrics, ASC invites those who bring insight that contributes to engaging discussions and consensus across the value chain.
The program will provide resources and collaboration for identifying true holistic sustainability strategies for maximizing adhesive and sealant performance, safety and growth, and how to convey their impact on bonded parts via upstream messaging.
Abstracts are now being accepted for this two-day summit in the following categories critical to adhesive and sealant suppliers, manufacturers and downstream end use stakeholders. High interest in submittals that focus on necessary and value-added changes across the supply chain to improve our industry’s environmental footprint and improve competitiveness to other forms of joining. Abstracts deadline is March 25.

Navigating the shifting landscape in Sustainability
• Policy and regulation concerns or nuances of shifting geopolitical landscapes
• Competing in a global world where state and country guidelines do not align
• Navigating restricted lists; science and resources
• Cradle to gate/cradle product life cycles; consideration of recovery, recycling on adhesive selection
• How to create messaging to increase visibility and engagement
Market specific programs/platforms/certifications where adhesives and sealants help overcome sustainability challenges
• Packaging drivers for change including regulatory directives and certification options from materials selection, design to end of life or recycling
• Building and construction – growth opportunities or pathways where adhesive/sealant product category rules/environmental product declarations impact product selection from consumer, architects, specifiers or NGO’s
• Transportation, wood, tapes and label optimization of adhesive selection for circularity
Paradigm Shift - Disruptive technologies replacing current materials or technologies that offer holistic sustainability while maintaining or exceeding performance
• Novel use of tunable bonds or alternate energies for efficiency or debonding/recycling

Abstract Submission Guidelines
Please remember that presentations should highlight perspective from specific players and points of view. They should not serve as a promotion for a specific company or product.
Submit the presentation title and a full abstract of 500 words or less in English as well as the name title and company affiliation of the submitter/presenter. Please include a brief description of less than 75 words and a brief (75 words or less) bio and photograph of the presenter to be included in the Program.
