3 TAUERN SPA Nach einem intensiven Tag Skifahren gibt es doch nichts Schöneres, als Sauna, Skyline Swimmingpool, Wasserbetten und noch viel mehr zu genießen. 4 SNOWFUN IN KAPRUN Auf dem Kitzsteinhorn kann man beinah ganzjährig Ski fahren, die Wintersaison fängt bereits im Herbst an und endet erst im Frühjahr. Guter Schnee ist hier garantiert! Ski und Snowboard fahren bis in einer Höhe von 3.029 Metern. Das Skigebiet Kaprun bietet 61 Pistenkilometer und ist durch seine hohe Lage schneesicher. Es gibt genau so viele blaue wie rote Pisten, jeder kann sich hier also eine ganze Woche lang vergnügen. Der Skipass Kaprun ist auch für das Skigebiet Zell am See gültig, wo weitere 77 Pistenkilometer warten. On the Kitzsteinhorn you can ski almost all year round and the winter seasons starts in the Autumn and ends in the Spring. Good snow is guaranteed here! There is great skiing and snowboarding up to an altitude of 3,029 meters. The skiing area of Kaprun has a 61 km piste and its location guarantees really great snow. There are an equal number of blue and red pistes which means everyone can spend a whole week here. The Kaprun ski pass is also valid for the Zell am See skiing area where there is also a 77 km piste.

5 A TRIP ROUND THE KLAMMSEE Eine Wanderung durch die SigmundThun Klamm führt zu einem idyllischen See: dem Klammsee der Kapruner Ache. Das türkise Wasser leuchtet einem schon von Weitem entgegen. Einmal um den See zu wandern ist ein echter Geheimtipp. Am See gibt es einen großen Spielplatz, einen Kiosk und reichlich Informationen zur Natur und allem was dort lebt. Genießen Sie auch ein Eis! A walk through the Sigmund-Thun Gorge in Kaprun leads to an idyllic lake: the Klammsee or Kaprun Lake. The turquoise water glimmers at you from a distance. Walking round the lake is highly recommended. There is a playground by the lake and lots of information about its natural surroundings and everything else to be discovered. Don’t forget to have a delicious ice cream, too!

WOW GLACIER LOVE FÜR ALLE LIEBHABER VON MUSIK UND WINTERSPORT WOW Glacier Love ist ein Musik- und Wintersportfestival, das zu Beginn der Wintersaison stattfindet. Internationale DJ’s, professionelle Skifahrer und Snowboarder und reichlich Gäste aus über 25 verschiedenen Ländern kommen nach Zell am See-Kaprun, um den Beginn einer neuen Wintersportsaison zu feiern. Organisator Matthias Leitner: “Die Kombination von weltweit bekannten DJs und Spitzensportlern ist einmalig, ganz bestimmt in dieser Form und diesem Umfang. Dass wir den Gästen dabei noch die Schönheit unserer Region zeigen verleiht diesem Festival einen Hauch von Magie.” HÖHEPUNKTE WOW GLACIER 2015 Vom 6. bis 8. November fand die zweite Ausgabe 2015 statt. “Die NERVO Zwillinge waren der Bringer des Abends. Ihr Set war elektrisch geladen, die Reaktion des Publikums war unmittelbar zu spüren. International DJs, professional skiers and snowboarders and numerous other guests from more than twenty different countries come to Zell am See-Kaprun to celebrate the start of the new winter sports season. Organiser Matthias Leitner says: “The combination of DJs who are known all over the world and top athletes is unique, definitely in this form and to this extent. We also invite our guests to see how beautiful our region is too which gives the festival that touch of magic.” HIGHLIGHTS OF WOW GLACIER 2015 The 2015 event took place from 6th to 8th November. “The NERVO twins were the highlight of the evening. The large capacity cable cars mean that around 2800 people per hour can be transported in comfort and at top speeds to the summit.

On 19th December 2015 the TirolS at the Reiterkogel Bergstation (mountain station) has been officially opened by having the biggest pillow fight ever. It took place at the height of 1900 meters and there were lots of great prizes to be won, such as a helicopter flight over the skiing area for 3 people. We use only fresh and natural products, all of which are delivered from local suppliers. Kitchen Chef Michel Hasse (30) says “From our fresh regional produce we create for example our own homemade pasta and take pride in creating unusual dishes from everyday products”. The ground floor is totally renovated in 2014. It is located in next to the centre of Kaprun, also the skibus is 100 meters walk. The other bedrooms and bathroom upstairs are on the first floor. The house is 5 minutes walk from the centre in Kaprun.
