100 DAY PLAN Take a look at what we’ve done! Our Fall 100 Day Plan will be out in September, see you then! 1. Direct Election for Student Activities VP We did it! Congrats to Parag! 2. Student Organization Resource Handbook SARC was able to complete our side of the necessary resources for the handbook (SOFO Guide, Events Planning Checklist, Updated B-Status Guide, A-status guide). Unfortunately, because of management shifts in CSI, we were unable to put together the handbook by the end of the quarter. Look out for it in the fall! 3. New Green Events Planning Guide We’ve finalized most of the substance and plan on finishing up the design right at the beginning of the summer! 4. Spring Funding for Student Group Green Accreditation The applications closed and groups will be notified of funding by today! 5. Public Student Group Contacts Student groups are finishing registering their group emails this summer, once they do this contacts list will be ready to go. 6. Funding Evaluation We’ve hammered out a framework for reform after working with A-Status Finance, B-Status Finance, and Student Activities Committee along with consulting other student groups . We will take the summer to write a first draft.

7. Finish ASG Services Website Portal The services website is up at services.asg.northwestern.edu! 8. Collaborate with New Students & Family Programs We have submitted potential events to host during Wildcat Welcome and are still working on other ways to engage and educate new students. 9. Work with NUIT to Improve WiFi The survey results on WiFi were shared with NUIT, and we will continue communication over the summer. 10. Produce Fall Student Leadership A&I Trainings We have a date for the trainings set and a preliminary format. They will first be implemented to ASG Exec and Senate. 11. Format and Finalize Student Events Stipend for the fall Stipend format set, working with CIC and Norris Box Office to figure how to subsidize the NBO costs and making the process anonymous. 12. Release Centralized Events Calendar for Student Groups The calendar is in MVP (minimal viable product) stage and we will roll out its implementation to student groups over the summer. 13. Modeling Our Services Off Our Peers We have a great base of research to draw on and will spend the first part of summer developing briefs for the Executive Board to review. 14. ReNUvation: Post-Dillo Clean Up It happened! Thanks to all those who helped clean up Evanston.
