The Real Estate business is all about change. The agents and brokers that do well have adapted to change and are ready to zig when everyone else is zagging. It is said that luck is when preparation meets opportunity. To those who live in the status quo, luck seems like an arbitrary thing. To those who welcome change, luck happens all the time because they are prepared for each and every opportunity that crosses their path.
I bring this up because we have experienced a little change here a NCAgent Magazine. These changes, while a little uncomfortable, mean we are moving forward and growing. As a start-up, the only way to survive is to embrace the changes and roll with them. In my 30+ year career I have never gone through a major change that didn’t result in a stronger opportunity.
