Medicine Fellowship is simple: Save the lives of children by training doctors about the latest in pediatric treatment. Our second “Kiwanis Doctor” is Dr. Tim Young, who is following in Thorp’s footsteps at Loma Linda University Medical Center and is training doctors in Cal-Nev-Ha through 2009. Clubs, divisions or individuals can donate toward the Pediatric Emergency Medicine Fellowship fund – or the “Kiwanis Doctor” fund for short. For more information, call the district office at (877) 597-1770, ext. 116 or go to www.cnhfoundation.org.

How your donation will serve children By contributing to the training of a physician specialist in pediatric emergency medicine, you sponsor two doctors who, for the remainder of their careers, will care for acutely ill and injured children, conduct research on pediatric trauma and treatments, and share their expertise with other healthcare professionals.
