Use small note cards – Go through them prior to a presentation or speech

Breathe – Pause when necessary, do not rush

How to Get the Audience to Remember •
Telling them once → 50% chance of them remembering
•
Telling them twice → 70% -75%
•
Telling them three times → 80%-95%
•
By simply repeating yourself you have increased the probability of your audience remembering what you said from %50 to close to %100.
