How to Bake Sugar White Oatmeal Biscuits?

1 cup of white sugar half a cup of white powdered sugar 3 cups of oats 2 free range eggs 1 cup flour (self-raising) 200g of melted butter
Method
• Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C and put a baking paper on the baking tray. Now mix together the oats and the melted butter. Add in sugar, eggs and then flour accordingly and mix well. After this, pour the mixture on the baking tray while spreading it like a layer in a square shape. The thickness should be 1 to 1.5cm. Let it bake for around 15 minutes until its golden brown. (Depending on your preference, if you want the biscuits to be crunchier then leave them for more than 15 minutes).
• Bring the tray out and cut out into small shapes of square or circle, any which way you like, and let it cool for about 10 minutes. Dust over or strain the biscuits with white powdered sugar and they are good to serve. You can easily make this recipe as it uses fewer ingredients and takes less time to prepare.
