Rules – please read 1) High point season starts from 1st August through to 31st July. 2) One nomination form per Youth or Horse. Please send in seperate forms per entrant. 3) The High Point Nomination date is open throughout the entire show season, you can nominate anytime of the year, however points will only be included from nomination date, no previous shows will be included before this date. Nomination date is considered the date nomination fees were paid. 4) Events included for each Category
Halter – results from open halter Performance – results from open trail, hunter and lungeline Show Jumper – results from open show jumping, fault n out and 6 bar Harness – results from open long reining and harness class, driver results not included Youth – results from youth showmanship, youth trail and youth hunter
5) Youth entry is for youth performance classes, Horse entry is for halter and open performance classes. If you want to enter youth, halter and open performance classes it is 3 seperate entries. 6) A Horses High Points are transferable between owners/handlers as the Horse is nominated for the award. A Youth is not restricted to showing the same horse during the period, all points count regardless of horse shown as the Youth is nominated for the award. 7) MHAA NSW only shows contribute to end of year High Points, National results or any other State Branch results do not contribute. NSW Futurity results are ineligible for High Point results. 8) The points are awarded for each placing (regardless of the number of entries in the class), all shows are worth the same in points. 9) Allocation of Points: 1st place

10) In the case of a tie of points, State Show points are the deciding factor. If neither entrant attended the State Show, the horse who attended the most shows will then be the final deciding factor. 11) All youths and horses nominated must print off a High Point Score Sheet and keep track of their points througout the season. The Score Sheet must be submitted by email or post within 10 days after the last show of the season, the scores will then be checked against show results by our High Point Co-ordinator.
