RENOVATION FOR A DATED CAMPUS WITHIN ALLEN ISD
WITHIN THE EXISTING FOOTPRINT OF THE CAMPUS, WE RECLAIMED SQUARE FOOTAGE BY RIGHT-SIZING OVERSIZED CLASSROOMS AND CLOSING UP WASTED FLOOR PENETRATIONS. BY DOING THIS IT ALLOWED US TO CREATE COLLABORATION SPACES AND TO ALIGN WITH THE DISTRICTS VISION AS WELL AS CREATE A NET GAIN OF 3 ADDITIONAL CLASSROOMS.

• Ground up construction for the district’s 2nd high school. CTE spaces incorporated into this project include cosmetology, auto tech, engineering, architecture, vet tech, video production, and more.
• Ground up construction project containing CTE components such as Agriculture, Engineering, Architecture, Video Studio, Animation, Clinical based programs, and more. This campus includes an arena style competition gym, integrated football stadium, & press-box.
• Addition & Renovation Project to create a new front entry as well as accommodate the needs to incorporate a Fine Arts & Dual Language program to the existing campus. Renovations were made to the existing band, choir, and orchestra amenities. Other additions included a new 2-story library, makers space, piano lab, Dance studio, and more encompassed by the renovation.
• Renovation phases 6 and 7. Phase 6 consisted of a Fine Arts wing that included Orchestra, Choir, Dance/Cheer, Black box, & Theatre classrooms.
• Renovation to the existing high school and a ground up building on site to include Fire Academy, Law, Engineering, Pharmacy Tech, Video production, Culinary, and more.
• Addition & Renovation Project including a new 2-story admin wing, a new front entry, a new student entry, a new performance hall lobby, and a new connection to both ends of the campus. Also included a new full-size indoor practice facility for football and other programs to use.
