You need to ensure you have the quantity of tables needed. This requires one table per station or subject matter expert. Preference is a 8' x 30" table.

LCD Projector:

You will need to ensure you have yours at the presentation.

Hotel Reservations:

You will need to make hotel reservations for all participants.

Trade Show Kit:

It is your responsibility to ship the kit back, using the enclosed label, IMMEDIATELY upon completion of presentation. We have to check the kit in, restock and repair any issues for the next presentation. Any damaged or missing items will be charged to your SAP.
