This project aimed to create a space for people where one could have a sense of community and togetherness. Located on the ground floor are the commercial space where one could dwell in their wants and needs. Two underground parkings are also provided to accomodate all residents that will be living on the 2nd up to 7th floor. The sense of community is done by having an open corridor that is connected to all unit floors. Gaps in the building helps to allow natural light and ventilation in the project as well as add personalization along with its white stucco material and protruding individual units.

This Urban Design project, in compliance to the previous urban plan with its low-rise typology and sustainability, made use of freeform landscape to guide people and be greeted to the main gathering space for diners and shoppers while being surrounded by establishments with its angular sides in contrast to the green spaces. The main circulation cut through in between the commercial buildings and through the wide gathering space with several access points through the buildings and the green spaces for people wanting to venture the inner places. There are several elevated areas for people wanting to look out the whole setting while also enjoying several recreational activities. These scattered gathering spaces, along with the main gathering area and several landscape elements, proved of the aim of improving the environmental urban life by such diverse green spaces that could be a place of comfort for people wanting to rest before continuing to venture out.
