Seek Rapid Evolution Platforms can be designed such that appropriate conditions are created for problem-solving to be distributed among many stakeholders and also for solutions to evolve as the problem unfolds. This way, the solutions are not static; rather, they respond rapidly to challenges, opportunities, and the needs of local contexts. By playing the role of the connector and the orchestrator of interactions in the network, the platform can help steer the learnings within the networks and enable the emergent and adapted solutions and innovations to spread. The interactions, data and feedback loops provide crucial insights and clues on how the needs of the different groups/users of the network are changing and how the platform needs to evolve to continue to enable users to solve their problems, share their experience, and innovate and build on top of other solutions
