VERTICAL CAR PARKING AT GULISTHAN DHAKA 3rd Year Studio Project In this Studio Project Students should come-up with an Idea that could be the solution of urban problem of dhaka city. The primary idea was to take the maximum benefits of modern technology to solve the problem we face now a days. Traffic jam is one of the biggest problem we face today so i try to found out the reason behind of this problem. i found out that 25% traffic jam is happening for car parking on the roads at gulisthan during office time, as the lacking of enough car parking spaces. Thats the reason to come up with an idea that solve the problem at gulisthan area during office time.

BEXTEXT GARMENTS WORKER SETTLEMENT 5th Year Studio Project The project aims to allow the RMG workers to access to basic amenities such as community housing, school, healthcares and social gathering spaces creating platforme to advance the community leading to a better future during their stay while keeping intact the rural scenario of our country. Design philosophy focuses on maximizating of social qualites, and sensitivity to the context, lifestyle trends.Together to increas the quality of living and bring about a welcoming community for its residence
Now-a-days the industrial revolution is taking place in Bangladesh like the other developing countries. The number of industries is increasing resulting the increased number of migrant people as workers. This large infuse of people demands housing. To meet this demand, the land owners are constructing houses without considering the quality. This study tends to explore the existing housing condition of garment workers in a subcity Gazipur, Bhabanipur near Dhaka. The aspects that mainly considered in this study were type and material of house, size of room and occupancy, related facilities and services such as water supply, electricity, drainage, solid waste management and so on. It was found that the garment workers usually rent a single room in a group housing whatever the family size is. In a group housing a minimum of 5 and maximum 35 families lived. They shared the kitchen, toilet and bathroom. The project aims to allow the RMG Workers to have access to basic amenities such as community housing, school, healthcare and social gathering spaces creating a platform to advance the community leading to a better future during their stay while keeping intact the rural scenario of our country. The project is a proposed RMG housing community for the workers in the Bextex ltd which will make an improvement in the living standards of the workers. The project is to address the different problems and biases that are related to the community dependent on RMG Workers and my Design philosophy focuses on maximization of social qualities, and sensitivity to context, lifestyles, and trends. Together to increase the quality of living and bring about a welcoming community for its residents, Fulfilment of social obligation by extending support to RMG Workers in achieving desired Living Standard.

Multi-Storied Apartment Buildding at Gulshan Team Member Junior Architect Site Area 7200sft The Primary idea was to take the Maximum benefit of Tclimatic character of the broad context and also the Micro Climatic condition Regarding the urban context. Overall planning, Orientation and composition of forms and Fenestration are design to make the building Naturally Ventilated in the summer and passive heating during the winter season. Apparently the design is highly r e s p o n s i b l e t o i t s s i t e a n d s urroundings
Making the House more effective the individual functional Fneeds were acknowledged and efforts was given to create an inviting space that reflects the Context own ethos. The intention of the design firstly was to achieve energy efficiency through maximize the use of day Lighting. The Overall interior comprise two type of space and one is Services areas and another one is Privet areas room.
Multi-Storied Apartment Building at Baridhara Team Member Junior Architect Site Area 5600sft The Orientation of the design is East-West Elongated. The longest side of the building is facing directly to the Sun Exposer during the day time. That The reson to Penetrating the West side of the Building. To penetrating the west faced we design Veranda to Shading the west during day time from direct sun light.
Design generate from the zoning of calculation regarding where the maximum light can be brighten Tup the rooms during day time to optimize the use of artificial light and ventilation is also a very important part of the design orientation of the massing to naturally ventilated of the rooms. Circulation space has been optimize to a minimum and the efficiency of the utility also include the use of space under the ground area. The primary obstacle of this project was a questionable economic viability. The orientation of the building is north south elongated to use the maximum urban climatic Venifit as well as micro climate also. and most of the exposer of the building is north south facing to reduce the direct hit radiation during day time.

IDCOL,
Agargaon, Sher-E-Bangla Nagar, Dhaka. Open Architectural Design Competition, For the design of “Commercial (ofce) Green Building” for IDCOL.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
The Site is elongated on the East West side, exposing the site to the western and the easter sun. The site is also surrounded in all side except the South Site
Based on the building regulation an optimum mass is developed, which is elongated to the east west side.
To cut heat from the intense western sun the vertical cirulation of the building is place on the west which acts as a thermal mass sheilding the main mass. This opens up the best sides of the mass for be manupulated.
Then from the main mass was recessed in a stagared manner to create intimate green terrace for each ofce oor. This creates an oppurtunity for the users to engage each other outside of work environment, enreaching work environment, and reducing work related stresses. this als helps to funnel in the south eastern wind in the the building.
An screening is used to shade the glasses on the easten side to further reduce the building’s heat gain for the sun. This also shades the terrace creating a area.

Sairu Hill Resort at Bandarban Intern Architect My responsibility of this project is to generate the idea of the design and basic drawing to develop the final design. I was working on this project under the full time senior architect. The idea was to make an out door semi-outdoor and indoor facility restaurant to maximize the outer view of the natural hill top and to hide the s e r v i c e s a r e w e d esignundergroundkitc h e n a n d workers rest spaces so that we can open up the 360 degree view for the Guests.
