You will find a large selection of leisure vehicles: touring caravans, motorhomes, holiday homes (sometimes referred to as holiday lodges) and mobile homes (referred to as park homes), related equipment and accessories (for use in, or with, or for the enjoyment of such vehicles), on display for you to view and purchase. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (“the Regulations”). Trading Standards have advised NCC Events (as promoter of this show) that any contract signed by a consumer for the purchase of a leisure vehicle will be regarded as being “on premises”. This means that there is no automatic right under the Regulations for a consumer to cancel a contract for any purchase(s) of a leisure vehicle or related equipment/accessories concluded at the show because it will be regarded as an ‘on premises’ contract. Please note that some leisure vehicle manufacturers’ stands will have third party appointed dealers trading from their stand. Third party dealer representatives are identifiable by special badges clearly stating they are from an ‘Appointed Dealership’ and the name of the dealership will be in bold text. If you require more information, please enquire with the dealership/retailer prior to your purchase.

Shop awnings, batteries, security systems, solar panels, sleeping bags, outdoor furniture, tableware and so much more at the Accessory Megastores (Halls 1, 4 & 5), as well from the many accessory companies located around the Show’s perimeter aisles. Look out for Special Offers on many products.

How CRiS registration proves you are the caravan keeper
The Central Registration and Identification Scheme (CRiS) consists of two elements, caravan registration (similar to the DVLA for cars) and unique VIN identification.
All touring caravans manufactured since 1992 by NCC members are recorded on the CRiS Database by their unique 17-digit vehicle identification number (VIN).
The VIN and the caravan description are recorded on the touring caravan registration document, which is sent by CRiS to the caravans registered keeper.
For new caravans, UK dealers should automatically register your details with CRiS.
For pre-owned tourers, register with CRiS for the lifetime you are the keeper.
CRiS Registration is a one off fee and costs just £20.95.
How a CRiS Check gives peace of mind when buying a pre-owned tourer
Thinking of buying a pre-owned caravan?
A simple CRiS Check can confirm that the caravan is CRiS registered and provide vital information before you make a purchase, including checking:
If the caravan has been reported as stolen to the police.
If it has been recorded with outstanding finance.
If it has been written off by an insurance company.
CRiS Check costs just £17.95 and is invaluable before you make a purchase.
For more information about CRiS Check or to register your details, please contact our ISO-accredited, UK-based contact centre on 0203 282 1000 or visit www.cris.co.uk.

Tyre Safety: The Foundation of Every Adventure
As you prepare for your next exciting camping, caravanning or motorhome adventure, it’s crucial to remember that your tyres are the foundation of every journey.
According to National Highways, more than half (55%) of UK drivers do not always check their tyres before a long journey.
Properly maintained tyres are not just about preventing breakdowns; they are about ensuring your safety and that of your fellow travellers.
Overloaded vehicles, underinflated tyres, and worn tyre tread significantly increase the risk of blowouts, aquaplaning, and loss of control. These risks are amplified on unfamiliar roads and in challenging conditions often encountered during camping trips.
Regular tyre inspections are essential. Check for signs of wear and tear, cuts, and bulges. Always maintain the correct tyre pressure according to your vehicle
manufacturer’s recommendations and the load you are carrying.
Remember that tyre pressures can fluctuate with temperature changes, so check them regularly, especially before and after long journeys.
Investing in high-quality tyres designed for the specific demands of caravan and motorhome travel is a worthwhile investment. Consider tyres with enhanced load capacity and robust sidewalls to withstand the stresses of towing and offroad excursions.
By prioritising tyre safety, you can significantly reduce the risk of incidents, enjoy a smoother and more comfortable journey, and arrive at your destination safely and ready to embrace the adventure.
Remember – Tyre safety is not just about avoiding breakdowns; it’s about ensuring a safe and enjoyable camping experience for everyone. For more information visit tyresafe.org
