By Grace Moon I had a falling out with my relationship with art as of recently. I wondered if I was a true artist if my artistic ability and strength involved copying drawings, paintings. Conventionally, realistic painting is the easiest way to showing one’s artistic prowess, and I believe this was also the easiest way to prove to my parents this passion and interest. However, I began exploring color and shape, and I noticed the resulting pieces reflected more of my personality. I had a falling out with my relationship with art as of recently.
