On January 27, 2023, the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Manila held its annual Induction and Turnover Ceremonies at the Mariott Hotel in Newport Pasay City, Philippines. The event was a celebration of the organization's achievements in 2022 and the introduction of the new set of o cers who will lead the chapter in 2023.

The event started with a registration and socialization period where members and guests mingled, networked, shared stories of their previous experiences and future plans for the organization. This was followed by a welcome address from the outgoing President, Pres. Richard “Dods” Lim, who called the meeting to order and shared his insights on the past year's accomplishments and his expectations for the new leadership.

After the opening remarks, the ceremony proper began with the presentation of colors, the Philippine national anthem, followed by the JCI Creed. The induction of the new board of directors was then held, with each of them pledging to accomplish their responsibilities and goals for the whole year. They were congratulated and welcomed by the whole JCI Manila chapter together led by the outgoing President, Richard “Dods” Lim.

The highlight of the event was the turnover of leadership and an honorable speech by previous JCI national president, President Feliciano “Sonny” Belmonte Jr. The honorable Pres. Sonny Belmonte delivered a heartfelt speech thanking the outgoing o cers and committee chairs for their dedication and hard work, looking forward for bigger plans in the year 2023.

He also emphasized the importance of JCI Manila's mission to develop young leaders who will contribute to the betterment of society. The incoming President, Eric Ke, then delivered his inaugural speech, outlining their plans and vision for JCI Manila in 2023. He expressed his gratitude for the trust given to him by the members and promised to continue the chapter's legacy of excellence and service.

After the turnover, the new set of o cers were o cially introduced and recognized for their roles. Sister chapters local and international has shown their support as they witnessed the ceremony live. The event ended with a closing remarks from the incoming President Eric Ke, who thanked everyone for their support and enthusiasm. He reiterated his commitment to fulfilling the organization's goals and encouraged everyone to continue their involvement and dedication to JCI Manila's mission.
