Everyone is eagerly looking forward to meet every single one of you. For AP network, APC is the moment for us to challenge our capabilities and moving closer to fulfilling our members potential , we want to address to AIESEC world wide networking that AP has huge potential beyond their expectation. Guide to meeting point The arrival hall is located at the1st floor at Terminal 1 building.

Turn left and you will find Amari hotel sign next to gate 5. We will be waiting for you there with AIESEC banner.

Guide to sim and currency The phone stores are located in front of meeting point.

Tips: The price of sim cards will be based on the promotion that you want to use. You will have to use your passport to buy Thai sim card.

When you get out of the gate. Turn right and you will find booths of banks where you can exchange the money to Thai currency. Tips: Please make sure you have 10,400 THB for conference fee [11,300 for late round]. The staffs will only accept THB at the conference. For basic living cost in Bangkok, it will 1,500 - 2,000 THB per day approximately.

i x a t y B When you get out of the gate. Turn left and walk straight you will find taxi service. Tips: 1. You will have to get the queue number first. 2.The taxi fare rate within Bangkok and Greater Bangkok is charged by the meter plus a 50 baht airport surcharge. In addition, if taking the tollway, passengers are required to pay the tollway fee. 3. The approximate fare will be around 220-300 THB excluded tollway fee. 4.It’s going to take 1-2 hours to the hotel.

The bus arrives in every 30 minutes 2.The bus fee is 30 THB. 3. The bus only goes to BTS(skytrain) Mochit station. 4.Itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s going to take 1 hour approximately to BTS(skytrain) Mochit station.

By public n transportatio 2.After arrive at BTS Mochit Station, you will have to take BTS(skytrain) Mochi Station to National Stadium station. 3.Take a taxi at BTS(skytrain) National Stadium station to The Twin Towers Hotel. Tips: 1. The BTS fee is 44 THB. 2.The taxi fee from BTS (skytrain) National Stadium is 60 to 80 THB approximately. 3.It’s going to take 10-15 minutes to arrive at the hotel.

You can get your Thai Baht at the exchange booth from Kasikorn Bank (the green one) at the 2nd Floor

You can get your SIM CARD at DTAC Booth (the blue one). Itâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;s located at Gate 7, 2nd Floor

Public taxi stand is located on Level 1 (Ground Level) Near Gate 3,4,7, and 8.

Receive a ticket from a taxi queue machine, proceed to the lane number printed on your ticket, and wait for the taxi Noted: Taxi fare: metered taxi fare plus 50 Baht airport surcharge, and expressway fees.

After this you can go to BTS EXIT 2 and go to the Twin Towers Hotel by 2 methods: 1.

Going by Taxi (You can show the address of the hotel to driver) Going by BTS (The destination is BTS National Stadium) and walking around 10 minutes.

First Day Meeting Point For those who donâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t stay over at The Twin Towers Hotel and want us to guide you to the hotel. We will stand by near BTS(Skytrain) national stadium to call the taxi to the hotel for you from 6 to 7 AM. However, you can call a taxi to the hotel from your accommodation by yourself and meet us there.

Check-in process at the conference 1. The registration table will be opened from 6.30 to 8.00 AM. Once you arrive at the hotel, delegate service will guide you to the place where you can drop your luggages (please make sure, you have laptop and important belonging with yourself). 2. Delegates need to inform chief delegate in your country to pay the conference fee and hand in Indemnity form, Sexual Harassment form and Substance Abuse Form as soon as you arrive in the hotel. 3. Chief delegates need to check if all of delegates from your country has arrives at the hotel. Once they all arrive you can proceed to step 4&5. 4. Chief delegates need to collect all the conference fee in THB and all the forms based on the number of your delegates from your country and go to Finance table. [If chief delegates wonâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t be able to pay all the fee, delegates from your country wonâ&#x20AC;&#x2122;t be able to get into the plenary room.] 5. After paying all the conference fee and handling in all the forms, chief delegates need to go to registration table for registration, get name tags and get welcome packages for the delegates in your country. 6. The plenary room will be opened at 8.30 AM and closed at 9 AM!
