Hey AIESEC in AP, This is my honor to welcome you as a part of the biggest conference in Asia Pacific region - Asia Pacific Conference 2019! Everyone is eagerly looking forward to meeting every single one of you. For AIESEC in Thailand, APC is the opportunity for us to display our potential to develop youth leadership of this country. What is Asia Pacific Conference ? The Asia Pacific Conference is one of the largest regional conference organized by AIESEC. The conference will host over 300 delegates from more than 25 countries in the Asia-Pacific region and across the globe to celebrate youth leadership, cultural diversity and global togetherness. This conference will be the unique platform where AIESEC’s leaders of the whole region can gather together to align the direction, learn how to address the world issues, improve skills, increase knowledge, activate leadership, interact with partners and enhance the cooperation between networks. In the year of 2019, Thailand will not be the only host of the Asia Pacific Region but also the home for everyone for the conference from March 24th-28th, 2019.

24th March (Sunday) Thai Night Thai Night is an Event that will let you experience variety of Thai cultures. You will have the chance to see Thai traditional performances as well as visit various booths of Thai workshop along with engagement with AIESEC alumni. Dress Code: Casual 14

25th March (Monday) Opening Ceremony Opening Ceremony is an official opening of Asia Pacific Conference 2019 where representatives of various organization will welcome you to the conference including government sectors, non-profit organizations and corporate partners. Dress code: World's Largest Lesson T-shirt (will be given on arrival), long skirt or pants, NO shorts or slippers !

Special Events World’s Largest Lesson World’s Largest Lesson is an event where you will have a chance to outreach future young leaders and engage them in our vision and thereby address the current global issues. You will deliver education on Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) # 12: Responsible Consumption and Production to students from international School Around Bangkok. You will have some preparation time and guideline on the night before as well as content and materials for teaching Dress code: World's Largest Lesson T-shirt (will be given on arrival), long skirt or pants, NO shorts or slippers !

Youth Speak Forum "Youth Speak Forum" or "YSF" is an official event which brings together both young and senior leaders. It is a diverse space for inspiring conversations around pressing global issues, with the aim to generate new ideas, and finally creating impact around the world. Dress code: World's Largest Lesson T-shirt (will be given on arrival), long skirt or pants, NO shorts or slippers !

Special Events The forum will consist of 3 sessions which are: “Get inspired” by listening to professional and inspirational speakers. “Engage” and discuss relevant global issues with other youths from different backgrounds. “Take action” through participation in workshops prepared by well-known companies. This year we come with the theme of “Youth Leadership taking part of disruptive growth in Asia Pacific”. Right now Asia Pacific region has been growing disruptively that it may bring changes to our regions and generations in the future. We believe that "Youth" is a very important force who can potentially drive our future to the way we want it to be, so we want YOU to be a part of our forum and share your thoughts. Together with many voice of determining youths, our voice could be heard and our will could be taken to shape our future.

Global village Global Village is the cultural exposure space for all of us to be ourselves, showcase what we are and also get to know and learn the beauty from others in just one place . Dress Code: Traditional Code 19


Special Events What Delegates need to prepare for Global Village? ● Souvenirs or anything that showcase your Identity (prefer tiny stuffs which you can give to other delegates as a souvenir for example keychain,magnets or snacks . ● Stamps (from your home)or signet that represents your home that are ready to be given or stamp for visitors. ● Dances of the world (A performance from your entity 3-5 mins *prefer Dance routine ) ● Traditional costumes for you to wear during the performance and throughout the event

26th March (Tuesday) Party Night Party Night is an event that let you enjoy yourselves and get to know more about other delegates as well as CCs after long session during the day. This party will be hosted by the CC in which we will provide you a free drink and fun music. Extra drink will be available for purchase throughout the event. Dress Code: Casual

27th March (Wednesday) Gala Night Gala Night is an event that we celebrate our achievements for the term as well as the announcement of awards for Asia Pacific Region from Regional Office and AIESEC International. Enjoy Gala dinner, where we exclusively serve a buffet style dinner. It's an excellent chance for you to bond with people from different entities while also watching our musical performance during the gala dinner. Dress Code: Formal dress

HOW TO APPLY for VISA 1. Visa on Arrival (VoA): “Online Application for Visa on Arrival� service is now available only for passengers arriving in Thailand via Suvarnabhumi Airport. The online application may be made prior to arrival at https://extranet.immigration.go.th/voaonline/vo aonline/VoaonlineAction.do Qualification required: For passengers arriving via other immigration checkpoints, hard copies of application form will be available at the checkpoints and is available to download here https://www.immigration.go.th/content/online_s erivces

Apply Tourist Visa at the Royal Thai Embassy in your country The documents and fee are subject to change anytime and without prior notice, so it is a good idea to be updated by visiting the nearest Thai Embassy or consulate in your area or Thai Embassy website of your country (check on http://www.thaiembassy.org/main/) Documents required: 1. Passport or travel document with a validity not less than 6 months 2. Visa application form (filled out) 3. Recent (4x6cm.) photographs of the applicant 4. Round-trip air ticket or e-ticket (paid in full) 5. Proof of financial means (20,000 baht per person/40,000 baht per family) US $ 30.00 per entry or equivalent. 6. Invitation Letter (Preferred) 7. Pick-Up & Arrival Conditions

Pick-Up Arrangement 1)Pick-up assistance will be on : Saturday, March 23, 2019. From 08.00 am. - 10.00 pm. 2)CC will wait for you in the arrival hall and will provide printed transport guidance to the hotel at the conference 3)CC will help facilitate you but will not accompany and delegates are responsible for transportation payment 4)If the delegates don’t arrive within the above date and time, delegates can’t expect the presence of the CC and are required to take the transportation by referring to transport informations or reach out to CC through communication channel

Arrival Conditions Attention! - On March 23rd, once you arrive at either Suvarnabhumi Airport or Don Mueang Airport, CC will be there waiting with an AIESEC sign. ** The CC will be standing by from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM on March 23, 2019 Exact pickup location will be posted in delegate Facebook group

First Day of Conference All delegates must be arrived at The Twin Towers Hotel at 7:30 AM on March 24.
