Architectural consultants M/S FINARCH the design cell of MUBARIK GROUP, comprising a team of local and foreign qualified architects and engineers, has designed the landscape, interior and planning of this contemporary residential unit with passion and great attention. All kind of amenities are provided to address every aspect of functional and contemporary living.
design Brief The house is designed and planned in such a manner that formal and semi formal areas has the ability to transform and most of the private area is separated from formal and semi formal areas. Informal areas like servant quarters, servant toilet and kitchen has direct connectivity with outdoor. Interior of the house presents the simplicity and elegancy by using natural colours[white, red, blue, yellow]. Design of ceiling defines the circulation and functional area of particular space. We have connected low roof with the terrace ensuring the maximum usage of every corner of the house.
Space It is planned according to the by-laws of DHA and zoned into two spaces.
