Great emphasis is placed on rules We aim for mutual respect between pupil and teacher, and believe that this flourishes best in an atmosphere of order and purposefulness. Children are praised wherever possible and examples of caring and good behaviour are rewarded and encouraged. Golden Time is used across the school on a weekly basis as a method of rewarding pupils for good behaviour. All staff endeavor to work with parents and carers to solve any behavioural problems in a constructive manner. If the need for punishment arises, it generally takes the form of a verbal reprimand.
