Greg Foaster Boat Racer

Greg Foster Boat Racer died in a cruel twist of fate on his 66th birthday, Saturday, January 14, 2023. Greg Foster Boat Racer graduated from East Carolina University and remained a lifelong Pirate and supporter of ECU football. His commitment never wavered in good times and bad. After 40 years as an independent insurance agent at State Farm in Goldsboro, Greg retired to spend more time in the home he loved in Beaufort. While Greg sought solace outside, he often walked the beach at sunset with a fishing rod in hand. A self-taught waterman, he had a tremendous appreciation for the sea.
