‫وﺻﻤﺔ اﻟﻌﺎر واﻟ َ� َﺤ �ﻴﺰ ﺿﺪ‬ ‫اﻟﻤﺼﺎﺑﲔ ﺑﻔﲑوس ﻧﻘﺺ‬ ‫اﻟﻤﻨﺎﻋﺔ اﻟﺒﺸﺮي وﻏﲑه‬ ‫ﻣﻦ اﻷﻣﺮاض اﻟﻤﻨﻘﻮﻟﺔ‬ ‫ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺼﺎل اﻟﺠﻨﺴﻲ‬ ‫وﺻﻤﺔ اﻟﻌﺎر‬ ‫ﺷﻌﻮر ﺑﺎﻟﺨﺰي ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺸﻲء ﻏﲑ ﻣﻘﺒﻮل‬ ‫اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺎ‪ ،‬وأﺣﻴﺎ ً�ﺎ ﻳﺼﻴﺐ اﻟﻮﺻﻢ اﻟﺬاﺗﻲ اﻷﺷﺨﺎص اﻟﻤﺼﺎﺑﲔ‬ ‫ً‬ ‫ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺮض ذواﺗﻬﻢ ﻓﻴﺸﻌﺮون ﺑﺎﻟﺨﺰي ﺗﺠﺎه أﻧﻔﺴﻬﻢ‪.‬‬

‫اﻟﺘﻤﻴ�ﻴﺰ اﻟﻌﻨﺼﺮي‬ ‫أي إﺟﺮاء أو ﻓﻌﻞ ﻳﻀﻢ ﺷﻜﻞ ﻣﻦ أﺷﻜﺎل‬ ‫اﻟﺘﻔﺮﻗﺔ ﺑﲔ اﻟﻨﺎس ﻋﻠﻰ أﺳﺎس اﻟﺠﻨﺲ أو اﻟﻌﻤﺮ أو ﺣﺎﻟﺔ‬ ‫ﺻﺤﻴﺔ ﻣﺆﻛﺪة ‪ /‬ﻣﺸﺘﺒﻪ ﺑﻬﺎ‪.‬‬

‫أﻫﻤﻴﺔ اﻟ�ﻐﺔ ﻓﻲ ذﻟﻚ‬ ‫ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺮ اﻟﺴﻨﲔ‪ ،‬ﻻ زاﻟﺖ اﻟﻜﻠﻤﺎت اﻟﺘﻲ ﻧﺴﻤﻌﻬﺎ ﺗﺤﻤﻞ‬ ‫ﻓﻲ ﻃﻴﺎﺗﻬﺎ وﺻﻤﺔ اﻟﻌﺎر واﻟﺘﻤﻴ�ﻴﺰ ﺿﺪ اﻟﻤﺮﺿﻰ‪ ،‬ﻟﺬﻟﻚ‬ ‫ﻣﻦ اﻟﻀﺮوري اﺳﺘﺒﺪال اﻟﻌﺒﺎرات واﻟﻜﻠﻤﺎت اﻟﺴﻠﺒﻴﺔ ﻣﻊ‬ ‫اﻟﻤﺼﺎﺑﲔ ﺑﺎﻷﻣﺮاض اﻟﻤﻨﻘﻮﻟﺔ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺼﺎل اﻟﺠﻨﺴﻲ‪.‬‬

‫اﺳﺘﺒﺪل ﻛﻠﻤﺎت ﻣﻌﻴﻨﺔ ﺑﺄﺧﺮى أﻛﱶ إ��ﺠﺎﺑﻴﺔ‪:‬‬ ‫ﺑﺪﻻً ﻣﻦ "ﺿﺤﻴﺔ اﻹﻳﺪز ‪ /‬ﻧﺎﻗﻞ اﻹﻳﺪز ‪ /‬ﻣﺮ�ﺾ ﻓﲑوس‬ ‫ﻧﻘﺺ اﻟﻤﻨﺎﻋﺔ اﻟﺒﺸﺮ�ﺔ"‪ ،‬اﺳﺘﺨﺪم "ﺷﺨﺺ ﻣﺘﻌﺎﻳﺶ‬ ‫ﻣﻊ ﻓﲑوس ﻧﻘﺺ اﻟﻤﻨﺎﻋﺔ اﻟﺒﺸﺮ�ﺔ"‪.‬‬ ‫ﺟﻨﺴﻴﺎ" ‪ ،‬اﺳﺘﺨﺪم "ﺷﺨﺺ‬ ‫ﺑﺪﻻً ﻣﻦ "ﻣﺮ�ﺾ ﺑﺪاء ﻣﻨﻘﻮل‬ ‫ً‬ ‫ﺟﻨﺴﻴﺎ"‪.‬‬ ‫ﻣﺘﻌﺎﻳﺶ ﺑﻌﺪوى ﻣﻨﻘﻮﻟﺔ‬ ‫ً‬ ‫ﺑﺪﻻً ﻣﻦ "ﻣﺪﻣﻦ" ‪ ،‬اﺳﺘﺨﺪم "ﺷﺨﺺ ﻳﺴﺘﺨﺪم اﻟﻤﺨﺪرات"‪.‬‬ ‫ﺑﺪﻻً ﻣﻦ "ﻣﺪﻣﻦ ﺳﺎﺑﻖ" ‪ ،‬اﺳﺘﺨﺪم "ﺷﺨﺺ ﻓﻲ ﻣﺮﺣﻠﺔ‬ ‫اﻟﺘﻌﺎﻓﻲ"‪.‬‬ ‫ﺑﺪﻻً ﻣﻦ "اﻟﺰوﺟﺔ ‪ /‬اﻟﺰوج" ‪ ،‬اﺳﺘﺨﺪم "اﻟﺸﺮ�ﻚ"‪.‬‬

‫ﻟ�ﺤﺪ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺘﻤﻴ�ﻴﺰ اﻟﻌﻨﺼﺮي‪:‬‬ ‫‪ .١‬ﺗﻮﻗﻒ ﻋﻦ ارﺗﺪاء اﻟﻘﻔﺎزات اﻟﻤﺰدوﺟﺔ ﻋﻨﺪ ﻗﻴﺎس اﻟﻨﺒﺾ‬ ‫اﻟﻌ َﺮ ِ‬ ‫ﻲ ﻣﻊ اﻟﻤﺼﺎﺑﲔ ﺑﻔﲑوس ﻧﻘﺺ‬ ‫ﺿ ّ‬ ‫أﺛﻨﺎء اﻟﺘﻮاﺻﻞ َ‬ ‫اﻟﻤﻨﺎﻋﺔ اﻟﺒﺸﺮ�ﺔ أو ﻏﲑه ﻣﻦ اﻷﻣﺮاض اﻟﻤﻨﻘﻮﻟﺔ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺼﺎل‬ ‫اﻟﺠﻨﺴﻲ‪) .‬ﻳﻨﺘﺸﺮ ﻓﲑوس ﻧﻘﺺ اﻟﻤﻨﺎﻋﺔ اﻟﺒﺸﺮ�ﺔ ﻓﻘﻂ‬ ‫ﻋﻦ ﻃﺮ��ﻖ اﻟﺪم واﻟﺴﺎﺋﻞ اﻟﻤﻨﻮي واﻟﻤ�� واﻟﻤﺴﺘﻘﻴﻢ‬ ‫واﻟﻤﻬﺒﻞ وﺣﻠﻴﺐ اﻟﺜ��(‪.‬‬ ‫ﺑﺪﻻ ﻣﻦ ﻣﺤﺎوﻟﺔ ﺗﻘﻠﻴﻞ اﻻﺗﺼﺎل أو اﻟﻌﻨﺎﻳﺔ ﺑﺎﻟﻤﺮﺿﻰ‬ ‫‪ً .٢‬‬ ‫اﻟﻤﺼﺎﺑﲔ ﺑﻔﲑوس ﻧﻘﺺ اﻟﻤﻨﺎﻋﺔ اﻟﺒﺸﺮي‪ ،‬ﺗ�ﺄﺟﻴﻞ‬ ‫ﻋﻼﺟﻬﻢ أو رﻓﻀﻪ‪ ،‬أو ﺣﺘﻰ ﻃﻠﺐ رﺳﻮم إﺿﺎﻓﻴﺔ‬ ‫ﻣﻦ أﺟﻞ ﺧﺪﻣﺘﻬﻢ و ﻋﺰﻟﻬﻢ ﻋﻦ اﻟﻤﺮﺿﻰ اﻵﺧﺮ��ﻦ‬ ‫ﻋﻠﻴﻚ أن ﺗﻌﺎﻣﻠﻬﻢ ﺑﻨﻔﺲ اﻻﻫﺘﻤﺎم و اﻻﺣﱰام‬ ‫َﻳﺠﺐ‬ ‫َ‬ ‫ﻛﺄي ﺷﺨﺺ آﺧﺮ‪.‬‬
