The explanation of which is as follows: Public company: They are

Legal responsibility: Organization takes effective measures to fulfill its legal responsibility. Therefore, it follows all the legal regulations and policies duly. The management of organization ensures that they are indulged in fair and ethical trade practices only (David, 2000).
