This warranty provides protection against manufacturing defects only. If a defect occurs and is agreed following an inspection, Aston & Fincher Ltd will replace the defective tool like for like. This warranty excludes the cost of shipping and taxes. Tools replaced will become Aston & Fincher’s property. No refunds will be given. 2. In the case of a warranty claim please take or send the tool, proof of purchase, and an explanation of the defect to Aston & Fincher Ltd. Aston & Fincher Ltd do not accept responsibility for lost tools. Aston & Fincher hold no responsibility for returned tools until received either in a store or head office. Cleaning, Care & Maintenance Guide for Hara Professional Tools. 1. Tools must be washed in warm, soapy water and dried thoroughly. 2. After washing and drying the tools use a disinfectant solution to wipe the tools. Thoroughly dry them off before placing in a UV cabinet. 3. Do not allow tools to air dry following washing or disinfecting. 4. Do not steep tools for long periods in any disinfectant or hypochlorous solution. Chemical damage will result in pitting, corrosion, cracking and rust. Chemical damage is excluded from the warranty. 5. Tools must only be used for intended purposes, misuse of the tools will result in damage and premature blunting. 6. Hinged tools should be lubricated with an appropriate oil regularly. 7.
