Natural flavor extracted from Périgord truffles gives this extra virgin olive oil an earthy and fragrant aroma. Add to chestnut soup with foie gras, autumn salads, fresh tagliatelle or hot savory soufflés.

Virgin, cold-pressed walnut oil is made using traditional techniques at A L’Olivier’s mill in Poitou, France. First, the nuts are slowly stone-ground. The resulting paste is lightly cooked in a pan, before the oil is extracted using a press. The oil has a strong, toasted flavor with the subtle aroma of nut kernels. This oil works beautifully in breads and walnut cakes. Use it to dress a salads, pair with Roquefort cheese and hams. Pairs well with vinegars infused with fig, raspberry or blackberry.
