Prep Time: 25 minutes Cook Time: 15 minutes Serves 6 Del Destino & San Jacinto Fajitas 3 Tbsp olive oil 2 Tbsp Del Destino lime juice 2 tsp cumin 1 tsp oregano 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp Safinter smoked paprika Salt and pepper 1 ½ lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips 1 small sweet onion, sliced thin 1 cup Del Destino Peppers 6 8-in flour or corn tortillas, warmed 2 cups shredded San Jacinto Oaxaca Cheese

In a large bowl, combine olive oil with lime juice and seasonings; add the chicken. Toss well. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. In a large skillet, saute onions in remaining oil until translucent and tender. Remove and set aside. Using the same pan add chicken. Cook chicken over medium-high heat until no longer pink, 5-6 minutes. Return onions to pan and add peppers. Spoon filling down the center of tortillas and top with shredded cheese. Serve with guacamole. Guacamole 3 ripe avocados, peeled and pitted ¼ cup chopped pickled Casa Diva Jalapenos ¼ cup chopped red onion 2 Tbsp Del Destino lime juice 1 garlic clove, minced ½ cup loosely packed cilantro leaves, chopped Salt and pepper In a large bowl, using a fork, mash the avocadoes until smooth. Stir in jalapenos, red onion, lime juice, garlic, and cilantro. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Serve immediately with Dream Pretzles Pressels.
