Royal Mahout Jalapeño Paneer Tacos

Ingredients
2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
½ sweet onion, diced
1 large jalapeño, seeded and diced
12oz Royal Mahout Jalapeño Paneer, crumbled
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp chili powder
1 tsp cumin
¼ chopped cilantro
½ lime, plus more for serving
1 Avocado, pitted and diced Salsa, for serving
12 corn tortillas
Instructions
Heat olive oil in a large skillet to medium-low and add onions and jalapeño. Sauté until onions are soft and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add the paneer, garlic cloves, chili powder, and cumin. Cook, stirring occasionally, until paneer is golden brown, about 7-10 minutes. Stir in cilantro and squeeze with fresh lime juice.
To serve, heat the tortillas by grilling or microwaving. Spoon the paneer filling on each tortilla. Top with diced avocado and fresh salsa. Serve with limes and additional toppings, as desired.
