Saffron are the filaments from a flower called, Crocus sativus. Esteemed for its delicate essence, is meticulously handpicked, a testament to the enduring legacy of artisanal craftsmanship. This labor-intensive process spans approximately 15 days, during which the saffron is gently harvested in a manner that has been cherished and practiced for thousands of years. This artisanal approach ensures the purity and quality of the saffron. Agricultural equipment is employed solely for the planting and uprooting of the bulbs, a process that occurs once every three to four years
