BUSINESS PARK Business Park, Cu-Icar New Campus.

- The design idea comes from studying the biological system of a sea sponge animal. - Ostia is a gate that enables water to enter the sponge body and acts as valves to regulate water’s flow into the spongokol, the water then flow as a current and exit from an upper hole in its body.

Layout Studies :

Location : Greenville, South Carolina, Usa. Used Tools :

The Business park is strengthened by its public space and inter-building connections. By integrating nature and sport into the commercial block, Triango creates a rich, synergetic environment that defines their vision for a new office experience. Working is no longer confined to the office building but instead becomes a landscape experience.

Location : Greenville, South Carolina, Usa.

Development of Clemson University International Center for Automotive Research on both architecture and urban aspects. We collaborated with clemson university staff in order to find the best solutions for the challenges that faces the wide variety of users at the campus through innovation and creativity.By the end of semester we offered three different proposals each encountering the challenges from a different perspective. Our proposal focused on the User aspect.how different users interact with each others and with the site it self in order to come out with the most appropriate scenarios for all Users.

BIM Standards:

(Team Work, Jan. 2021), project for the BIM course year 2021-2022, it is a n international schoo

This project present BIM implementation for construction sequencing and coordination for a school project. Construction sequencing and coordination through BIM improves communication process among team members and help the team resolve issues with less time required than in a conventional coordination process. It helps to avoid future conflicts between team members, avoid reworks by recreating a certain task and studying the tasks carefully before actual site implementation.

24 Ain Shams University- Faculty of Engineering- Architecture Department

The delivery team will follow the standards as requested in the EIR as follows: 1.ISO 19650-1:2018— Part 1: Concepts and principles. 2.ISO 19650-2:2018— Part 2: Delivery phase of the assets. All team members agreed on the method of data segregation. We agreed to make all buildings on the same file. The max file size for each discipline didn’t exceed 100 MB. We documented every stage of the project to avoid losing any information.

25 Ain Shams University- Faculty of Engineering- Architecture Department

Modeling:

Clash detection: Model Coordination provides a shared space to publish, review, and run clashes on your latest set of project models and upload 3D models to a centralized Model Coordination folder, and the clash service automatically locates any issues in those models.

Shop drawings: There are some of the shop drawings (Architecture, civil and MEP drawings)

(Group Work, June. 2021), The final project of the ARC 341 computer applications course, The project aims to designing a pavilion at the Faculty of Engineering, Ain Shams University with a parametric thinking.

The hamoor Pavilion is designed combining contemporary architecture and traditional craftsmanship. It offers a place for relaxation and meditation in open space at faculty of engineering, ain shams university. The pavilion blends in with the surrounding landscape and forms a shaded space for student to shelter from the hot summer sun. Pavilion offers beautiful views to the surrounding nature, thus creating a communion between the sheltered space and the exterior. Filtered daylight through pavilion creates dynamic shadow patterns on the grass.

-The closing and opening process of the cloud hull depends on the use of a wooden material called fixable high density fiber-board , which is under the influence of water it bends, which will happen if it is exposed to rain.
