ADMISSION Latecomers may not be admitted to the show until a suitable break in the performance and, in some instances, not until the interval. The management reserves the right to refuse admission. PARKING There is a 24-hour Q-park car park located on Greenside Place next to the theatre. BARS The theatre bars are located on the Stalls, Mezzanine, Circle and Balcony levels. EXCHANGE POLICY Tickets are non refundable. However, at certain performances, tickets may be exchanged for a £2 charge for this service. Contact the Box Office for details. BABES IN ARMS POLICY The Edinburgh Playhouse is a child and family friendly venue. However, for the comfort of our patrons, children under the age of 2 are not permitted in the theatre unless the show is specifically for pre-school children. At pre-school children’s shows, infants under 2 do not need a ticket as they cannot occupy a seat and are the responsibility of their parent / guardian. Children over the age of 2 must have a valid theatre ticket. To find out about all our facilities for parents with children, or if you have a special request, please call 0131 524 3333. Accessible toilet and bar located on Circle Level. The Stalls are located 40 steps from street level, the Balcony is located 25 steps up from street level. Please note that the Edinburgh Playhouse does not have a lift. The Circle Level is our easy access point and we would recommend booking in the Circle for any of our patrons with limited mobility. • Up to 8 wheelchair spaces per performance located in Row M of the Circle.
