Tickets cannot be refunded. Ticket exchanges can be offered for a per ticket exchange fee. Due to the varying nature of the shows and sets we cannot guarantee an unrestricted view from all seats at all times. The Grand Opera House York is situated in the centre of York, close to the river. The theatre is a 10 minute walk from the train station and a few minutes from the closest car park at Clifford’s Tower.

Third party collections must be authorised by the cardholder in writing or by email. The ticket collection authorisation must include the card holder’s name and address, the name of the person collecting the tickets, order number and the last four digits of the card used to book the tickets.
