Written by Willy Russell, the legendary Blood Brothers tells the captivating and moving tale of twins who, separated at birth, grow up on opposite sides of the tracks, only to meet again with fateful consequences. Few musicals have received quite such acclaim as the multi awardwinning Blood Brothers. Bill Kenwright’s production surpassed 10,000 performances in London’s West End, one of only three musicals ever to achieve that milestone. It has been affectionately christened the ‘Standing Ovation Musical’, as inevitably it ‘BRINGS THE AUDIENCE CHEERING TO ITS FEET AND ROARING ITS APPROVAL’ (THE DAILY MAIL). Lyn Paul returns to the iconic role she has played many times in the West End, in fact she was the show’s final Mrs Johnstone when it closed at the Phoenix Theatre in 2012. Lyn also starred in Bill Kenwright’s tour of Cabaret with Will Young in 2013 and rose to fame as a member of the pop group New Seekers whose numerous number one hits include I’d Like to Teach the World to Sing which sold over 20 million copies. The superb score includes Bright New Day, Marilyn Monroe and the emotionally charged hit Tell Me It’s Not True.

VOTED FUNNIEST MUSICAL IN BRITAIN

Les Misérables

Betty Blue Eyes

‘I KNEW IT WAS GOING TO BE A SPECTACULAR, AS PICK ME UP’S PREVIOUS SHOWS HAVE BLOWN ME AWAY’ NORTH WEST END Lovingly ripped off from the classic film comedy, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Spamalot tells the legendary tale of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table. Pick Me Up Theatre are delighted to bring back the plague to York with a 50% chance of pestilence and famine, together with a brace of impossibly beautiful dancing girls, flatulent Frenchmen and monster killer rabbits. The story begins... Arthur and his faithful and smelly servant Patsy recruit an array of knights to accompany him on his quest, including Sir Bedevere, Sir Robin, Sir Lancelot and Sir Galahad. Besides the rabbits and farting Frenchman, they meet such characters as the Lady of the Lake, Prince Herbert, Tim the Enchanter, Not Dead Fred, the Black Knight and the Knights who say Ni... and not forgetting Eric Idle’s fantastic tunes including He Is Not Dead Yet, Knights of the Round Table, Find Your Grail, Diva’s Lament and, of course, the anthem for British pluck: Always Look On The Bright Side Of Life. BROADWAY’S AWARD-WINNING MUSICAL COMEDY BROADWAY’S WINNER OF BEST MUSICAL ‘A THOROUGHLY FEEL-GOOD, JOYOUS ROMP... PERFECT FAMILY ENTERTAINMENT’ THE EXAMINER

‘TAPPING FEET, GLITZY SETS AND COSTUMES, HAPPY-EVERAFTERS AND SMILES FOR DAYS’ VARIETY (Quotes for original Broadway production)

The winner of six Tony Awards including Best Musical, Thoroughly Modern Millie is based on the 1967 Academy Award-winning film, taking you back to the height of the Jazz Age in New York City, when ‘moderns’ including a flapper named Millie Dillmount were bobbing their hair, raising their hemlines, entering the workforce, and rewriting the rules of love. From explosive tap numbers to a ‘Fred and Ginger’ dance routine on a window ledge, Thoroughly Modern Millie is a brilliantly funny and entertaining show for all the family.
