LOW IMPACT

• Aqua Arthritis: A slower paced class with range of motion movements in the water. • Aqua Cardio & Tone: Increase muscle definition, burn calories, improve flexibility as well as feeling better overall. • Aqua Free Style: Basics, but with fun and finesse. An excellent introduction to aquatic fitness training that everyone enjoys. • Exhale Yoga: A gentle yoga practice with an emphasis supporting stability and connection. Includes breathing techniques and simple mindfulness practices for your overall health and relaxation. • Flex & Flow: A wonderful 30 minute stretch class that will help keep you flexible. • Prime Time for Seniors: Designed to keep you moving with functional fitness exercises using a chair, weights and your own body with stretching at the end. • Slow Flow Yoga: A class with slow movement and breath work incorporating a more active style of stretching and balancing known as vinyasa. You can expect sun salutations, standing poses and deep relaxing stretches on the mat.

MEDIUM IMPACT

• Aqua Tabata: Interval training in the water with periods of rest. • Barre UnHitched: Group exercise barre class that is a blend of HIIT and body weight training using a body bar, weights and a mat. • Pilates: Mat pilates adding weights and ball exercises. • Low Impact Cardio Strength: Cardio segments using weights, bands and the body’s own resistance. • POUND®: A full-body cardio jam session, combining light resistance with constant simulated drumming. • Yoga Strength: This class is inspired from power yoga and vinyasa flow yoga with a boost of tabata. Pumping, strengthening and stretching that will include light weights to compliment your postures. We will start off strong then take a moment to relax and stretch the muscles.

HIGH IMPACT

• Boot Camp: Different styles of exercises using body, weights and cardio intervals. • Cardio Strength: High intensity cardio training using the step, weights, bands, and the body’s own resistance. • Chisel & Burn: Total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout using weights, body bars and stability balls. • Fast & Furious: A combo class consisting of cardio, weight training and interval training. Move quickly through the segments and keep your heart rate up. • HIIT: High intensity interval cardio using weights, bands and the body’s own resistance. • Indoor Ride: A cycle class that will keep your heart rate going and build cardio vascular strength.
