OPEN DAYS AT AIT PRESENT AN IDEAL OPPORTUNITY TO DISCOVER MORE ABOUT GOING TO COLLEGE IN ATHLONE. You will get to talk with lecturers about courses that are of interest to you, find out what you will be studying and what type of jobs you can expect to qualify for. You will also meet with current AIT students to get the low-down on college life; from completing assignments to going for sporting glory. A range of dedicated talks run throughout Friday morning offering you the inside track on new courses and exciting developments. Discover, for example, why biotechnology is a driver of innovation in several industries and why business graduates will be to the fore in leading Ireland’s recovery.You will also learn about the breadth of engineering at AIT, and the career opportunities open to social care graduates. Campus tours will guide you around our facilities, which have received €100 million investment since 2000. Get to see lecture theatres and labs, as well as the institute’s sporting facilities and social areas.
