Refugee Recipe Celebration

Shade Gardening If you have a shaded yard and think your choices are limited, you’re in for a surprise! Learn about understory trees, shrubs, and herbaceous plant choices, including many seldom-used selections. The class focuses on plants that work well in combination for a healthy plant community.
Orchids generally can be divided into two broad groups that dictate cultural requirements. Phalaenopsis and Paphiopedilum, belong to the group whose care requirements are closest to other typical houseplants. This class will examine how to grow these plants in the typical home environment. Art of the Quick Sketch for Botanical Drawing The quick sketch is an advance skill built with experience and practice. The seasoned artist makes it look easy.
