Fans are the engine that drives Dragon Con. ❖
2,200 volunteers plan, organize, and manage programming.

Volunteers also handle IT, logistics, and operations.
A full-time, year-round staff of 11 supported by more than 100 volunteer directors.
Dragon Con is the largest fan run convention in the industry.
