FINANCIAL REPORT • The first financial statements issued each year are through the end of the first quarter, and then monthly through the rest of the year; therefore, we are providing this very brief summary. • The STR reports hotel room revenue in City of Atlanta up 3.2% through the end of February. • We projected hotel room revenue would be up 3% in 2017 over 2016 for the full year. • Our internal revenue of expenses through February reveal no issues or concerns.
