Welcome Home

Ponce City Market, The Atlanta BeltLine, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods Market and all the best concerts and festivals in Midtown! This idyllic home was constructed in 2000 by the famous architect, John Busby, who also designed Colony Square and helped save The Fox Theatre. It is much larger than it appears from the initial view. Special attention was paid to ensure that this home fits into the character of the neighborhood while also boasting the modern conveniences you want. The classic Craftsmanstyle charm is first noticed with the bluestone

Why we love our home a note from the owner 1.

We bought in the original Midtown neighborhood many years ago. Our neighborhood was known for being creative with so many artists, actors, musicians and creative folks.

2.

We adore the location. We live right where Midtown, Virginia-Highland, Piedmont Park and the Atlanta BeltLine all collide. We are convenient to Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods Market, movie theatres, Ponce City Market and so much more. The Atlanta BeltLine has new places and art to explore all the time. Have you heard about the lantern festival?

3.

Fun Fact – we bought our home from the actor Grace Zabriskie. She has stared in Twin Peaks, Ballers, An Officer and a Gentleman, Moonlighting and Armageddon.

4.

Our two favorite restaurants are MetroFresh and Woody’s Cheesesteaks. MetroFresh has an amazing menu full of interesting fresh foods and is always packed at lunch. Woody’s Cheesesteaks is a favorite small local restaurant that is small, but the sandwiches are amazing – give both a try.

5.

Trader Joe’s and Whole Foods Market have completely changed the area – you literally never need to drive the car anywhere.
