The Metro Atlanta market, across all price points, has almost the same level of homes for sale as last year at this time. Closed sales and new sales being written over the most recent quarter are down slightly over last year by 1.5% and 2.7%, respectively. The statistic that shows the most positive movement is the average price across the region, which is up by 7.9% compared with this time last year.
