SONNY JONES

Sonny Jones, raises the bar for the buying and selling experience with his breadth of market knowledge, commitment to delivering incomparable service, calm and hands-on approach and a passionate eye for design and architecture. Harnessing the expertise he obtained from a prior successful career in product development, marketing and e-commerce for Fortune 500 companies, he underscores his grasp of promotion and sales with 20+ years of personal experience in buying, designing, remodeling and selling his own properties and also helping some clients.

Born and raised in Columbus, Georgia, Sonny always had a passion for real estate. He enjoys the way history combines with design and architecture, particularly in Metro Atlanta. Thoroughly familiar with the nuances of Atlanta’s Intown market, Sonny’s history of involvement with neighborhood affairs distinguishes him as exceptionally qualified to provide clients with the most informed recommendations regarding everything from zoning and layout to historic and building requirements. As a resident of Morningside, he formerly served on the Morningside-Lenox Park Neighborhood Association Board, the Morningside-Lenox Park Zoning Committee and the Morningside-Lenox Park Master Planning Committee.

Known for providing a high level of service and gifted at building relationships, Sonny enjoys a high percentage of referrals and repeat business. Many of his clients become long-lasting friends. Clients appreciate his unruffled style and friendly personality, his dedication and attention to detail and his creative approach to negotiating complex situations. Having lived in Atlanta since 1995, he possesses a strong network of personally vetted lenders, vendors and contractors, making him a preferred resource for buyers and sellers.

Sonny loves the Morningside area for its parks, central location relative to Buckhead, Midtown and other areas of Atlanta and its walkability. In addition to his Morningside home, where he resides with his mini-Schnauzer, Bruiser, he also has a house in Blue Ridge, Georgia. When he’s not working with clients, he enjoys taking his boat out on Lake Blue Ridge, visiting Cape Cod, collecting art and indulging his passion for interior design.
