Prior to real estate, Wendy acted as a Chief Marketing Officer for several Fortune 500 companies around the country, where she refined and optimized marketing teams. As the founder of an upscale online home furnishings store she operated for 15 years, Wendy has a vast range of design experience. Her experienced and trained eye helps to provide clients with invaluable feedback required to exceed their revenue expectations. Wendy has also restored/renovated numerous properties and is well-versed in identifying profitable real estate ventures.
Wendy takes great pride in her involvement with the local community. She works to raise awareness for human trafficking and currently sits on a local board focused on community education. Wendy is a member of the Modifications Committee for the HOA at Windward, a residential development of 2,500 homes located in Alpharetta. Wendy has also served as the Special Events Chairperson for the Alpharetta High School Touchdown Club, where she planned special events for the 7A football program. She currently sponsors the Alpharetta High School women's varsity volleyball team. Wendy has been a planning committee member for the Hollywood Film Festival, and locally, she has contributed her time as a fundraising chair for various Cystic Fibrosis Foundation events around Atlanta. Wendy has four kids, lives in Alpharetta and is married to her perfect counterpart – a senior mortgage banking executive who keeps her informed up-to-the-minute on the financial markets.
