ALL-ACCESS CREDENTIAL *ALL-ACCESS CREDENTIAL IS A LAPEL PIN*
Administrators: A total of four (4) All-Access lapel pins will be issued to each institution’s Athletics Director for his/her use and distribution to necessary staff personnel, such as Associate Athletics Director, Ticket Manager, etc. The All-Access lapel pin provides admittance to CHASE Fieldhouse.
Coaching Staff: Five All-Access lapel pins will be issued for the head coach, three assistant coaches and the director of basketball operations. These lapel pins must be worn by the coaching staff (rather than participant credentials) and will serve as admittance to CHASE Fieldhouse and access to bench/locker room areas. All-Access lapel pins will be issued in the team packet distributed upon arrival at the assigned hotel. Upon request, each head coach will be provided with two additional credentials for immediate family’s use within the hospitality area. This request must be made to Meghan Bertovich by the head coach or the program administrator.
Media Relations: An All-Access lapel pin will be issued for the media relations contact. Jay Sullivan, Media Coordinator, will distribute the All-Access lapel pin directly to the media relations contact. Distribution will be determined on Pre-Championship call.
Participant Credentials
Each team will receive participant credentials for players not in uniform, managers and trainers/physicians. During competition, only those individuals in uniform or with participant credentials will be allowed on the bench (in addition to the five coaching personnel with All-Access pins). A maximum of 15 players can be in uniform. Once a team is eliminated, participant credentials/travel party lists are not valid for entry into CHASE Fieldhouse for future sessions. Please contact Meghan Bertovich (mbertovich@atlantic10.org) if you wish to bring your team after elimination.
Medical Personnel
There will be two designated seats, one per team, available on press row for team medical staff during your team’s game ONLY. Medical staff permitted to use these seats include physicians, orthopedic doctors, nurse practicioners, etc. who are not credentialed to sit in one of the 18 bench seats. A daily credential will be issued. Guests or other team personnel are not permitted in these seats. Team trainers must be issued a participant credential and sit on the bench. A list of medical personnel is to be submitted to Jazmin Sherard ( jsherard@atlantic10.org) by Tuesday, February 21 (Appendix E, pg. 24).
Parking Pass
A total of four (4) parking passes will be distributed to each institution in the Athletics Directors packet. One additional parking pass will be mailed separately to each CEO. Each head coach will be provided with one parking pass that will be distributed in the team packets. A-10 PARKING will be available in front of CHASE Fieldhouse (see page 18 for Map).
