Media Seating

Seating is located courtside on the opposite side from team benches. Jay Sullivan, Media Coordinator, will arrange seating for the Championship sessions and a media assistant will manage press row. Any special needs relative to seating should be brought to their attention. Priority is given to outlets that staff A-10 games on a regular basis, team radio broadcasts and national outlets.

PHOTO AREA / POLICIES

Photo areas are located in marked areas in both end zones. Photographers are NOT allowed outside of that area except television cameras airing the game live. Each photographer will be assigned a photo box based on a first come, first serve basis in the media office on site.

Flash Photography

Use of flashes is prohibited. Use of strobes must be approved by the Media Coordinator no later than Thursday, February 23, 2023.

Pro Scouts

The Atlantic 10 Conference handles the sale and distribution of passes / tickets to WNBA scouts; therefore no institution should provide a WNBA scout with a ticket. Professional scouts will be issued a scouting pass with allowed access to the Media Work Room. Scouts must sit in the designated section with purchased tickets. Scouts MUST purchase tickets through the Atlantic 10 to receive the scouting pass. Scouting services are subject to the same policy as professional team scouts.

Postgame Interview Policy

Following a five-minute cooling-off period, the winning team and select players will be escorted into the interview area, followed by the losing coach and select players. Locker rooms will NOT be open. For championship Sunday, the order of teams will be reversed, with the losing team going first in the postgame interview room following the cooling-off period, followed by the winning team.

Championship Awards Voting

The Atlantic 10 will designate media members who have covered the quarterfinals through the championship as All-Championship team voters. Voters do NOT have to be present to be an All-Championship voter. The A-10 Communications staff will select these voters and confirm their participation on Saturday. These voters will be emailed a link through the A-10 voting system Sunday morning for voting, and must turn in their votes by the 10-minute mark of the second half of the championship final. The Atlantic 10 office will then compile the votes and announce the All-Championship team during the postgame awards ceremony.
