After a slow end to 2022 there was a sense of rejuvenation for the start of 2023 with many buyers now returning to the market. This coupled with low stock (anywhere from 20-26% down from the same time last year) has seen some great results across the board and lower days on market, generally speaking.
Clearance rate for our market have been consistent at approx. 70% week on week and home values saw the first increase in both February and March, after a 12 month decline. Activity has been higher than expected with record number of both online enquiry and open home attendance. This reflects confidence retuning to the market more than anything.
