13 Thompson Street Mosman Sold for Clifton Garden record | $14,500,000 We were lucky enough to be elected to market and sell the landmark estate in Clifton Gardens. We knew to achieve the price tag the property deserved we needed to put together a very strategic marketing plan to find the very best buyers for the home. We targeted our network of high wealth clients, ex-pats, international buyers and tapped into our relationships with the best buyers agents in the country. We staged the offering by introducing our VIP buyers through the property in the first instance with the view to launch the property to the open market once obtaining price feedback and offers from phase one.
