LOADING OF BARRELS There is facility to load upto 32 / 44 barrels at a time in the slider provided. Upon loading of the inverted barrels, the slider will take the barrels inside the heating unit.

INVERTED BARRELS The barrels are inverted as shown in the picture before the barrel heater takes them into the chamber for melting.

HEATING PROCESS Once the barrels are innside, they are heated by hot gas inside the fully enclosed chamber. In 60-70 minutes, bitumen from the drums would have melted and collected below.

The chamber is fully iinsulated by glasswool from all sides for maximum thermal efficiency and fuel saving.

After heating, the drums have to be replaced for another batch.

HOT OIL HEATER & CONTROL PANEL Hot oil heater is a strong unit which keeps the stored bitumen below in liquid condition. Indirect heating system prevents degradation of bitumen and is better compared to direct heating system.

Control panel allows easy and fast operation.
